🕒 Return Window & Conditions
- Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Items sent back without prior approval or after the 14‑day period may be declined.
🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned
We’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Custom‑printed or personalized items
- Sale or clearance products
- Digital/download files (where applicable)
- Merchandise that shows signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us
✅ How to Start a Return

- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos if the item is defective or damaged
Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and the correct shipping address.
⚠️ Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.
💳 Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll get an email confirming whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Important:
- Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.
- Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently don’t process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style:
- Follow the return steps above.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After 6 hours, they enter production or shipping and can no longer be canceled.
📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email contact.axelvion@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of any damage (if relevant)
- Tracking details you have
